The problem we solved
What the client needed
A medical fit-out inside an operating building: sterile finishes, medical gas and electrical installations to spec, and zero tolerance for the rework that normal site coordination tolerates.
How we solved it
We managed the fit-out with specialist subcontractors coordinated under one programme, inspected every installation against the schedule of requirements before closure, and staged the works so the rest of the building stayed in operation.
The result
The clinic passed inspection and opened on the planned date, with all specialist installations commissioned first time.
