A new classroom block delivered against a fixed school-calendar deadline: ready before the next intake, or not at all.
THE STORY
The problem we solved
What the client needed
The school's intake date was immovable — a classroom delivered late is a classroom that earns nothing. Works also had to run beside an operating school without disrupting lessons.
How we solved it
We programmed the build backwards from the intake date, phased noisy works around school hours, and report progress to the board on a fixed schedule so they can plan the move with confidence.
The result
The block is on programme for handover ahead of the new intake, with the structural stages complete.
