A four-bedroom family home delivered for a client living in the UK, with weekly photo and video updates replacing site visits.
THE STORY
The problem we solved
What the client needed
The client had already watched an earlier attempt stall: contractors came and went, materials went missing and there was no single person accountable for progress. Building again from thousands of miles away in the UK, he needed more than a builder — he needed proof, every week, that money spent was work delivered.
How we solved it
We started from a full design coordination, BOQ and cost plan so every shilling was mapped before construction began. One accountable project team now runs the site end to end, payments are tied to approved milestones, and the client receives structured progress reports with photos and videos on a fixed schedule — no chasing, no surprises.
The result
Ground works, foundation and the ground-floor slab are complete on programme, and roofing is now in progress with materials for the next stage already delivered to site.
