What the client needed
The client had land and drawings but no trusted team in Kenya. With a fixed budget saved over years abroad, overruns were not an option — and neither was flying back every month to supervise trades.
How we solved it
We coordinated the design into a buildable, costed package, then delivered the construction under one project team. Every payment stage was matched to inspected and approved work, and the client received photo-documented progress at each stage until keys and a complete handover file were delivered.
The result
Delivered within the approved budget and on programme, with a documented handover the client could review entirely from the US.
